You can view your current Funk Factory tier by signing into your account and checking the Rewards Dashboard on the Rewards Page or under "My Rewards" on your Account page.
How do I stay in my tier?
Your tier status is based on your token-earning activity over a rolling 12-month period. Keep earning tokens to maintain or level up!
Can I use more than one rewards code at a time?
While you can only use one discount code per order, good news—your token rewards can be used alongside other site promotions or discount codes.
What products can I use my tokens on?
Tokens can be redeemed for dollars off most products on pourri.com. You can use your token rewards with other promotions unless otherwise noted. Some exclusions may apply.
Do my past purchases count toward my token balance?
Yes! We’ll automatically credit qualifying purchases made in the past 12 months—as long as you create a ~Pourri account using the same email address you used at checkout. Once your account is created, your tokens from past purchases will be waiting f
Does my past purchases impact my tier?
Yes! If you create a ~Pourri account using the same email you used for previous purchases, those qualifying purchases from the past 12 months will count toward your tier. Where you land depends on how much you’ve shopped with us during that time!
How soon will I see my tokens after I make a purchase?
Tokens are typically added to your account immediately after purchase, though it may take a few minutes to reflect.
Do my tokens expire?
Yes. Tokens expire after one year of inactivity in your rewards account. So keep the good smells (and rewards) going!
