Is there free shipping?

Current free standard shipping on orders of $35+ applies to orders shipped to the contiguous US only. Please note: this is subject to change. Free returns and exchanges are only available for orders shipped within the US.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the contiguous US, outlying states & US territories. The free shipping promotion on pourri.com is only valid in the contiguous United States. We do offer alternative e-commerce stores across the globe such as poopourri.ca for Canadian

How long will it take to get my package?

Great news! You can expect your order in about 2-8 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. Our warehouse is closed on weekends, but don't worry, shipping picks up again bright and early on Monday mornings.

Can I expedite my order?

We offer expedited shipping at checkout, so you can get your items as soon as 2 days if you need them fast!

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO boxes?

Our standard shipping service with USPS includes delivery to APO addresses and PO boxes.

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I can't find it?
