What should I do if my product appears to be damaged or defective upon receipt?Updated 6 months ago

We're so sorry if your order arrived damaged! Customer Care would be happy to quickly send you a replacement. 

If you’ve noticed any leaks in your product, please let us know. While our bottles are designed to be leak-proof, sometimes things happen during shipping. To help us investigate, please share the Lot Number found on the bottom of the leaky bottle. We'll use this information to make sure our products are even better in the future. 

To help us fix things quickly, please share your order number and pictures of the damaged items. This will let us help you better and also improve how we package things for shipping.
